Idongesit Obeya RN, BSN, MSN, CCM, was born and raised in Nigerian West Africa. She also calls places like New York and New Jersey in the United States home.


Her passion includes educating and sharing her experiences and knowledge with others who need it most and those searching for answers and assistance handling stress, social pressure, injustices, and anxiety.
